We accept returns within 30 Days of Delivery if the item is new, undamaged, unworn and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved. Refunds are issued excluding the original shipping costs. Store credit may be offered as an alternative to a refund, at the customer's request.

We accept exchanges for items that are: the wrong size, colour or are damaged or defective upon arrival. Exchanges must be requested within 30 Days of receipt. If the replacement item is out of stock, it will be replenished and shipped within 2 weeks. Replacement shipping will be covered by us if the product was defective or damaged. 

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are weight based and calculated at the checkout. Estimated delivery time is between 3-5 business days for UK order if our standard delivery option is chosen. We do have a next day delivery option. Please note that all delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If an item is lost or damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

We collect the following customer information: name, address and payment details for order processing only. We do not share customer data with third parties. All information is stored securely. We currently accept card and PayPal payments. No VAT is charged at this time. There are no age restrictions for purchases.
